NSX Gaming Return Policy
Scope and Application: This Return Policy is applicable to new gaming desktop computer systems purchased directly from NSX Gaming and is offered solely to the original purchaser who has shipped to a domestic address within the United States.
For gaming computer systems purchased directly from NSX Gaming and shipped outside the U.S., including APO/FPO, Canada, Guam, Puerto Rico, please refer to our International Return Policy below for additional terms and conditions.
For gaming computer systems purchased directly from a retailer, such as BestBuy, Amazon, Costco, etc., the conditions outlined below regarding returns for a refund are not applicable; please contact the store from which your product was purchased. However, the conditions regarding returns for repair are still valid.
Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee: At NSX Gaming, we stand behind the quality of our gaming desktop PCs. However, should you be unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer you the option to return most products you purchase directly from NSX Gaming.
- New Gaming Desktop Computers: 30-days money-back guarantee.
- Refurbished Gaming Desktop Computers: 14-days money-back guarantee.
Money-Back Guarantee Conditions and Exclusions: Our money-back guarantee has certain conditions and exclusions that customers must be aware of:
- The money-back guarantee does not apply to gaming computer systems purchased directly from a retailer or other third-party sellers. No exceptions will be made to this policy.
- The guarantee extends only to the original purchaser as recorded on the billing invoice, and credits will be issued to the original form of payment. Any unreturned products will be deducted from the credited amount.
- Shipping, handling, and rush service fees are not included in the guarantee and will not be refunded.
- The guarantee does not cover opened software, additional parts/peripherals, special order merchandise, or any custom-made products.
- Products that have been customized by NSX Gaming for the customer, such as cases and side panels with engraving or skins, may be subject to restocking fees or may not be accepted for return.
- Products that have been physically damaged, neglected, or abused by the customer, or if any "void if removed" warranty stickers are tampered with, will not be accepted for a full refund.
- NSX Gaming will not provide a refund amount that exceeds the original purchase price of the gaming desktop computer.
- Software may not be returned unless it meets specific conditions outlined in our policy.
Restocking Fees: Restocking fees may apply under certain circumstances:
- Restocking fees are not applicable within the first 30 days from the invoice date. After 30 days, returns for a refund may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Requests for refunds beyond 30 days must be approved by NSX Gaming management. Refunds will not be processed after 45 days from the delivery date.
Promotional Items: If a purchased item qualified for a discount, promotional item, or promotional gift card and is subsequently returned, certain deductions may apply:
- If the promotional item is not returned or has already been redeemed, NSX Gaming may deduct the value of the discount or promotional item from any refund.
- If a purchased item qualified for a promotional "Free Shipping" discount, NSX Gaming may deduct $75 for the value of the shipping discount from any refund.
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service: NSX Gaming offers warranty service for its gaming desktop PCs through the following procedures:
- RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy: All returns require preapproval by NSX Gaming and an RMA number to be issued before sending any product back to our facility. Before issuing an RMA number, NSX Gaming will verify warranty status and determine if the product is covered under warranty.
- Shipping costs back to NSX Gaming are the sender's responsibility. We recommend insuring the shipment or accepting the risk of loss or damage during transit.
- Types of RMA Returns: NSX Gaming offers various RMA options depending on the situation, including refund RMAs, repair RMAs, and normal or advance parts exchange RMAs.
Procedures and Additional Information for Returning RMA Products: Customers returning products under warranty or for repair must follow these procedures:
- All returns require prior authorization from NSX Gaming. Packages received without an RMA number will not be accepted.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance. Approved returns must be received by NSX Gaming within this period.
- Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned products to prevent damage during shipping. NSX Gaming recommends using the original packaging or a similar well-protected box.
- To obtain an RMA number, customers must provide specific information, including billing and shipping details, purchase proof, computer serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
