Warranty Policy: Standard Desktop Warranty
Scope and Application
This warranty statement applies to new desktop computer systems purchased directly from NSXGaming.com and is applicable to the original purchaser only.
For desktop computer systems purchased from NSXGaming.com and shipped outside the U.S., refer to the International Warranty Statement.
For desktop computer systems purchased from retailers such as BestBuy, Amazon, Costco, etc., refer to the Retail Warranty Statement.
For refurbished desktop computer systems, refer to the Refurbished Warranty Statement.
For laptop computer systems, refer to the Laptop Warranty Statement.
Refer to the Terms & Conditions and Purchase Agreement statements for important details about the purchase, conditions of sale, rights, and obligations.
Limited Warranty on NSX Gaming New Desktop Computer Systems
NSX Gaming provides the following warranties:
- 3-Year Standard Limited Warranty: 3 years labor and 1 year parts.
- 3-Year “Easy PC Builder” Limited Warranty: 3 years labor and 2 years parts (*limited offer; must be specified on the official invoice for the 2-year parts warranty; otherwise, the standard warranty is 3 years labor and 1 year parts).
- 3-Year Standard Limited Warranty + 1-Year Shipping Coverage (U.S. Only): 3 years labor and 1 year parts. Also includes 1-year Ground Shipping coverage to and from NSX Gaming for any Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests (valid in U.S. Lower 48 States Only). A return shipping label will be provided for each RMA case; no reimbursements for shipping without our label will be granted.
Extended Limited Warranties:
- 4-Year Extended Warranty: 2 years parts and 4 years labor.
- 5-Year Extended Warranty: 3 years parts and 5 years labor.
Limited Warranty on NSX Gaming Refurbished Desktop Computer Systems
- 90-Day Standard Limited Warranty: 90 days parts and 90 days labor.
- 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: NSX Gaming provides a 14-day money-back guarantee for refurbished desktop systems purchased directly from NSXGaming.com (excluding shipping, handling, and rush service fees).
Limited Warranty on NSX Gaming-branded AIO CPU Liquid Coolers
NSX Gaming offers the following warranty exception for specified products:
- NSX Gaming-branded CPU AIO Liquid Coolers shipped after 1/1/2022: 3 years cooler replacement based on the original invoice date. Replacement coolers will resume the same warranty coverage as the original NSX Gaming-branded cooler.
Standard Limited Warranty
NSX Gaming warrants this product and its parts to the original purchaser against defects in materials or workmanship for the period specified in the applicable warranty included with the purchase from the original date of invoice.
NSX Gaming will repair or replace defective parts with new or reconditioned parts, at NSX Gaming's option, without charge for parts (additional charges may apply). All original parts replaced become NSX Gaming's property.
The warranty does not cover loss, cost, damage, etc., beyond the purchase price of the computer, except as provided below.
Warranty Conditions
The Limited Warranty is subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: The warranty extends to products purchased directly from NSXGaming.com for use within the continental U.S. and Hawaii.
- Proof of Purchase: Retain proof of purchase for warranty service.
- Normal Use: The warranty covers only normal use of the computer.
- Original Packaging and Accessories: To process any warranty claim, customers are required to retain the original packaging for one (1) year. If the original packaging is not available, the customer will be responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with the return. Additionally, all accessories originally included with the product must be returned.
Money-Back Satisfaction Guarantee
- NSX Gaming offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for computer systems purchased directly from NSXGaming.com.
- Refurbished products may be returned within 14 days for a credit or refund of the purchase price paid, excluding various fees.
- The guarantee does not extend to items purchased from retailers or third-party sellers.
Post-Warranty Conditions
- Post Parts Warranty: Applies when parts warranty has expired but labor warranty remains. Labor charges are not applied, and parts are charged at current prices with a 90-day warranty.
- Post Labor Warranty: Applies when both parts and labor warranties have expired. Current labor rates and part prices are charged.
Procedures for Obtaining Warranty Service
RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Policy:
- All returns require preapproval by NSX Gaming and an RMA number.
- Shipping costs for returning items are the sender’s responsibility.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 calendar days. Products must be received within this period.
- Obtain an RMA number by contacting NSX Gaming with necessary information.
Shipping Damage, Loss, and Claims
- If shipping damage is visible, refuse delivery and report to NSX Gaming.
- If damage is discovered after delivery, follow specific instructions for documentation and reporting.
- Responsibility for damage and associated costs depends on packaging quality and shipping method.
